Ten notes for installation of oil-immersed transformer

Transformers used in substations are installed in two ways:
One is the transformer with large capacity (greater than or equal to 315KVA). When oil-immersed transformer is used, its installation is a separate room, namely the transformer room. When using dry type transformer, need to use ark model, namely transformer ark, its are installed together with high voltage ark or low voltage ark commonly.
Second, the small capacity of the transformer (30 ~ 100 kva), one is used up in the high voltage, high voltage as you said to contain the transformer, the other is a high voltage wire behind the cabinet of the transformer, the transformer can be installed separately, with barbed wire, made indoor substation has now built station transformer ark, namely ring network cabinet/transformer/low voltage, used together cabinet put oneself in another's position.
Ten notes for oil-immersed transformer installation:
Installation of oil-immersed power transformer should be inclined slightly with oil tank (oil pillow) having a certain descending slope, the slope is 1 flicker-1.5 flickering.
2, oil-immersed power transformer parts and body fixed firmly;
3, electrical connection is good, copper and aluminum to use copper and aluminum transition connector;
4, grounding must be tight and good, the working zero line and the grounding zero line should be separated, the working zero line should not be buried underground, the grounding line should be disconnecting point;
5. The nozzle of explosion-proof transformer pipe shall not have combustible materials;
6, the transformer room must be fire-resistant construction, outside the door, can not open the window (can open the shutter), there should be oil storage pit, there are louvers, to prevent small animals from entering;
7. A single residential building shall not exceed 400 KVA;
8. The low-voltage side of the transformer and the oil tank (oil pillow) are on the outside. The shell and shell of the 10KV transformer shall be no less than one meter from the door, no less than 0.8 meters from the wall and no less than 1.2 meters from the operating switch. 35KV transformer shell, shell from the door is not less than 2 meters, the distance from the wall is not less than 1.5 meters;
9. The transformer adopts natural ventilation, and the bottom of the transformer is 1.1 meters higher than the outer ground;
10. The height of secondary bus supports of transformers shall be no less than 2.3 meters, and fences shall be added on both sides. The primary and secondary leads shall not make the insulation casing bearing force.
